Educational Activities Tester
The badge earner actively engaged in peer learning by testing at least two educational activities designed by other participants, each focusing on aspects of working in international trainer teams. Through this process, the badge earner explored diverse approaches, methods and perspectives related to cooperation in trainer teams and experienced how different educational designs function in practice.
To get a badge, the trainer:
- Actively tested at least two educational activities created by other participants, each related to working in international trainer teams;
- Engage in the activities as learners, demonstrating openness to different methods and approaches;
- Provided constructive and respectful feedback to the activity creator;
- Reflected on the learning experience and outcomes.
This activity is aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) Competence Model for Trainers Working Internationally
