  • Identified professional expectations toward partners and collaborators
  • Developed a structured Code of Conduct covering contractual, relational, and ethical aspects
  • Tested the Code of Conduct through real-life scenarios
  • Defined strategies for implementation in professional practice
Activity content and badge-issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers working internationally.

Evidence verified by: one activity organiser
To get this badge:
  • Completed self-reflection questionnaire
  • Structured list of expectations and boundaries
  • Final Code of Conduct document (min. including all required sections)
  • Short reflection (300–500 words) explaining:
- Key decisions made
- Identified risks
- How the Code will be applied in real work contexts

Evidence is reviewed and validated by an activity organiser.
