The learner understands key concepts such as disagreement, prevention strategies, structured conflict resolution processes, and the use of feedback systems. They are able to communicate clearly, apply empathy, and contribute to a positive team environment, especially in intercultural or international training contexts.
To get this badge, trainer:
Participated in practical exercises or simulations involving team disagreements;
Reflected on personal conflict management style and areas for improvement;
Engaged in peer or group discussions on real-life conflict scenarios.
Activity content and badge-issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers working internationally.
