Badge earner has developed the competence of understanding and design based on their own needs and apply a Code of Conduct for professional collaboration in training and freelance contexts. They demonstrate the ability to translate personal values, boundaries, and expectations into structured agreements that ensure clarity, accountability, and sustainable working conditions.
To get this badge, trainer:
- Reflected on personal working style, values, and boundaries
- Identified professional expectations toward partners and collaborators
- Developed a structured Code of Conduct covering contractual, relational, and ethical aspects
- Tested the Code of Conduct through real-life scenarios
- Defined strategies for implementation in professional practice
Activity content and badge-issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers working internationally.
Learning duration: 10 hours

To get this badge:
- Completed self-reflection questionnaire
- Structured list of expectations and boundaries
- Final Code of Conduct document (min. including all required sections)
- Short reflection (300–500 words) explaining:
- Key decisions made
- Identified risks
- How the Code will be applied in real work contexts
Evidence is reviewed and validated by an activity organiser.
