They demonstrate the ability to translate personal values, boundaries, and expectations into structured agreements that ensure clarity, accountability, and sustainable working conditions.
To get this badge, trainer:
- Reflected on personal working style, values, and boundaries
- Identified professional expectations toward partners and collaborators
- Developed a structured Code of Conduct covering contractual, relational, and ethical aspects
- Tested the Code of Conduct through real-life scenarios
- Defined strategies for implementation in professional practice
Activity content and badge-issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers working internationally.
